I have worked with more than 30 different REO Clients and currently have 24 active REO Clients. My very first REO Client still uses us to this day as their MAIN AGENT in the Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley and Colleton Counties of South Carolina. My Clients range from large institutions to small local Banks.

Due to my vast amount of experience, I am very familiar with all the different procedures and platforms that are required when handling an REO Assignment. I am also a proud member of the REO Network. Some of our REO Clients work with the Agent directly while others require us to have memberships to certain platforms. This means that whether you prefer to communicate or work with the Agent directly or through one of the many platforms, we have experience with that procedure.

I have also built very strong relationships with many of the vendors you may use foreach assignment. By having such a good relationship with these vendors, it has allowed me to make sure the transactions go smoothly, communication is better, and, in some cases, I can save you money. If you need an Agent who has the vendors needed from the Initial Rekey/Services to a Closing Attorney, I have you covered and if you already have them, chances are I have built a good relationship with your vendors which has helped make the whole process smoother for ALL parties involved. This has helped make the entire process much smoother for all parties involved.

Last but certainly not least, we have always received the highest of scores on our Secret Shops and I would put my Listing Advertisements up against any other Agents. We make 3 different trips to the property for photos alone! We provide very detailed BPO’s and that is why I have such a strong list to sale ratio of 98.25% since 1/1/2011 (includes traditional listings and vacant land). The MLS Average is 95%! It also takes the “average agent” 45% longer to sell their listings as I have an average days on market of 51 since 1/1/2011. I have sold more property listings than 99.85% of the 5000 Realtors in our MLS during that same time period as well. One reason is because we spend 66X more a month on marketing than the average agent!
